DeLonghi Ecam 23.460. S Bean to Cup Coffee Machine. Sometimes Not Frotting Milk

S Bean to Cup Coffee Machine. Milk frother making milk on the last setting. Settings coffe machine working properly. Leaking under tray see picture please. After cleaning water system is noise and not making 2 first milk foams.

After next use is settle. I think some seal for change. Sometimes doesn't want make foam.
